At the start we will meet with you either in our prominent high street offices to discuss the options available for you, or at the property for a free, no obligation appraisal to advise you on the best possible rent for your property and how this can be achieved.  During the appointment we will also advise you on any work that may be needed to prepare the property for the lettings market in addition to a thorough explanation of how the process will work, expected timescales, and ensure your awareness of all relevant legal requirements and responsibilities.

Once we have completed the appraisal we will move forwards towards the goal of finding you a suitable tenant who meets your requirements. This is accomplished through our marketing services which include the production of property details with images, written descriptions and floorplans, which will also be published online via the Belvoir Tadley and Hook website, The Rightmove website, The Zoolpa website and Primelocation website. We also advertise property details in our office window. In addition to our marketing we also use direct contact with our extensive tenant database to ensure that every tenant we have registered is fully aware of the new property and ensuring your property has the widest possible audience. We conduct accompanied viewings with one of our lettings specialists, making sure your property is presented in the best possible light.

In order to ensure that we continue to offer the highest level of protection to our landlords throughout the lettings cycle all prospective tenants wishing to let a property with Belvoir Tadley and Hook are thoroughly credit checked and referenced to minimise the risk of defaulting tenants. We will prepare the tenancy agreement which complies with current legislation to protect your rights and interests and we will always take the first months rent and a security deposit prior to the tenant moving in. In addition to this we can also provide a rent guarantee scheme for peace of mind which will ensure that you have the full rental amount due from the property, per month, for the full year. We also ensure a full inventory and schedule of condition of the property is done for accurate assessment of any liabilities at the end of the tenancy.
