Once registered we will seek to arrange an accompanied viewing on any property that is suitable for your requirements. Please remember that the more information you can provide us with, the better we can work for you to find your new home or investment.
Once a property has been matched to your search requirements we will be in touch with a full colour brochure for your review. You may look to arrange a viewing immediately, or review the property particulars before making a booking. Viewings can be on an individual or block viewing basis and will always be accompanied by a friendly member of the Belvoir team. All viewings are accompanied to ensure that any relevant questions you may have at the time of viewing are able to be answered fully. Our clients enjoy our proactive approach when it comes to matching and assisting with your search requirements.

Registering your details
Registering your details could not be easier, you can register on the phone or in person, why not drop in for a chat? The main thing to remember is that the more guidance you can provide us in terms of your budget, search area and property requirements, the better we can work for you to find you your new investment or home. Understanding your current situation is important to us as we look to provide you with as much relevant information as possible. We do not stop at taking a contact number and a name, we go much further in supporting you with everything from stamp duty calculations for your purchase, mortgage advice and solicitor recommendations.
We work closely with our recommended mortgage advisor Martin Lyons who is fully independent, qualified and regulated by the Mortgage Advice Bureau. What sets Martin apart from the crowd is his attention to detail and commitment to his clients. Not charging upfront fees and being completely independent means that Martin can scour the entire lending market and ensure that he finds you the best fit regardless of the mortgage provider, not all advisors are completely independent. Martin is able to provide information over the phone and arrange a meeting either at your home or at our office, whichever is most convenient for yourself.
It is our intention to help you at the point of registration to understand your full purchasing costs. Solicitors range in service and price, the company we recommend is a company called Move With Us. Move With Us operate a panel of customer approved local and online solicitors which enables you as the client to get an unbiased overview of the legal services provided and select the right fit for your budget and commitments. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible industry advice and knowledge at all times.
All of our viewing appointments are attended by one of our friendly experienced team and can be arranged on a single or block viewing basis from 9am Monday to Saturday. We aim to provide you with as much information as possible to assist with your buying decision, repeat viewings are also welcomed. After a viewing has taken place we will be back in touch the next working day to gain your formal thoughts and feedback in relation to the properties you have viewed. Feedback is politely requested even if you do not wish to proceed with a purchase as we always look to provide feedback on every conducted viewing to the property owners.

Making an offer
When choosing to place an offer on a property please ensure that you have discussed and received suitable answers to any questions you may have. We will always endeavour to provide you any relevant information promptly. Making an offer will start the legal process and you must be sure that you are happy to proceed through to completion as once you have instructed your solicitor you will incur legal costs.
Most offers are made during a viewing appointment, you can however place a formal offer through any one of our trained staff at a later stage via email, telephone or in person. In order to put an offer forward in the best light to the current owners, we provide a free qualification service via our mortgage advisor Martin Lyons. The purpose of an offer qualification is to give the owner of the property peace of mind that your offer is both affordable and reliable and enables us to effectively negotiate on your behalf with the owner of the property. Any offer placed through our office will be confirmed to you in writing including any renegotiations.
