When we advise Landlords about suitable buy to let properties, there is no selling conflict; as we have to be accountable on the buy to let advice we give.

We have 3 different services levels, from a Tenant Find up to our Fully Managed lettings service. Most agents only have two; this allows us to provide you with a more bespoke service to your requirements.

Charges:
Start-up fee of £336.00 (inc VAT) plus 18% (inc VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent from the rent as received.

Additional Charges Include:
Tenant Referencing - £120.00 (inc VAT) Per Tenant / Property
Deposit Protection Fee - £90.00 (inc VAT)
Inventory Service - from £175.00 – £375.00 (inclusive of VAT) (Depends on the size of the property)
Plus Any Other Fees That Apply


LETTING & RENT COLLECTION SERVICE:

  • Prepare all Tenancy Agreements & Documents

  • We Then Hand The Tenancy Over to You

Charges:
Start-up fee of £336.00 (inc VAT) plus 15% (inc VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.

Additional Charges Include:
Tenant Referencing - £120.00 (inc VAT) Per Tenant / Property
Deposit Protection Fee - £90.00 (inc VAT)
Plus Any Other Fees That Apply


TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE:

  • Advertising
  • Viewing
  • Referencing of Prospective Tenants
  • We Then Hand The Tenancy Over to You

Charges:
Start-up fee of £336.00 (inc VAT) plus 14% (inc VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent. This will be invoiced & payable on the Tenant details being accepted by the Landlord.

Additional Charges Include:
Tenant Referencing - £120.00 (inc VAT) Per Tenant / Property
Plus Any Other Fees That Apply

Property Ombudsman Scheme Member

We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The Property Ombudsman for Lettings can resolve disputes referred by Landlords or Tenants that relate to Lettings and Management Agents that are members of the Scheme. These agents follow the Code of Practice for Letting Agents.
