This leaves the daily management of the property to the landlord if you prefer to have a hands on approach to your property. This service can be used with the let only service after the tenants have moved into the property.

Belvoir Stirling can market your property on the Belvoir and Rightmove portals forwarding all enquiries directly to the landlord to make contact with possible tenants, carry out viewings and make a decision on which tenants suits your needs best.
