Audited Client Account - Our client account (where your money is held) is audited twice annually by independent auditors.

There are two stages to the fees that we require.
Stage One – Application:
Admin Fees - Applicant 1 - £199.00 (Inc. VAT)
Additional Applicants - £149.00 (Inc. VAT) each
Guarantor (if required) - £149.00 (Inc. VAT)
Admin fee for room let tenancies - £100.00 (Inc. VAT)
Admin fee for company lets - £240 (Inc. VAT)
Holding Deposit - Equivalent to the rental price – Once a tenancy starts, this deposit will form your first months rent
Stage Two – Tenancy Start Date:
Inventory Fee - £60.00 (Inc. VAT)
Damage Deposit - Usually equivalent to one months rent + £100 (Inc. VAT), however please check with the office to confirm
In addition to the above, once your tenancy has commenced the following fees may become due. Full details of these fees can be found in our draft tenancy agreement which will be supplied upon request.
Tenancy Renewal fee 1 adult: £60.00
Tenancy Renewal fee 2+ adults: £100.00
Releasing a Landlord reference: £30.00
Late rent fee: £18.00
Tenancy Addendum fee: £30.00
Copy of Inventory fee: £36.00
Bounced cheques fee: £36.00
All fees listed are inclusive of VAT
