  • Provide initial statement for accounting records
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Protect the deposit and provide legal paperwork within the set timescale
  • Advise on all relevant utility providers of changes

Fully Managed Service

14.4% (12% plus VAT) payable monthly in advance

  • Free appraisal to value property
  • Provide landlord advice
  • Full marketing using Belvoir Website, On The Market.com and Rightmove
  • Provide a Floorplan
  • Erect a ToLet Board if required
  • Arrange for an EPC if required
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Full tenant referencing
  • Provide a Tenancy Agreement
  • Compile full detailed inventory
  • Provide initial statement for accounting records and subsequent monthly
  • statements and transfer monthly rent to allocated bank account
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Protect the deposit and provide legal paperwork within the set timescale
  • Advise on all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake two inspections per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Arrange annual landlord gas safety inspections
  • Maintain the landlord on interests throughout the tenancy
  • Prepare and serve legal paperwork Hold keys throughout the tenancy
  • Deduct overseas tax and pay over to HM Revenue and Customs  

Additional Fees And Charges

Start Up And Inventory Fee £450.00 (£375 plus VAT)

Initial start up fee which covers all marketing, visits to the property, undertake viewings, property preparation if required, undertake full inventory and produce tenancy agreement paperwork

Re-Let Fee And Inventory Fee £390.00 (£325 plus VAT)

Marketing costs, visits to the property, undertake viewings, property preparation if required and update full inventory of the property and all tenancy agreement paperwork
