As from 1st February 2016, in line with the new Right to Rent legislation, it is now a legal requirement that we conduct a face to face check with original documents, to confirm tenants right to rent in the UK. Here at Belvoir Plymouth, we have been listing our fees since April 2015 in our window, on our website and inside our office, we are honest, transparent and genuine, please see below for our excellent, competitive fees!
The following fees will apply to Belvoir Plymouth tenancies:
All Tenant Application fees include administrating application and referencing, identification of ID and residency, immigration, employers and landlord references, financial credit checks, Tenancy Agreement arrangements.
Single Application Fee - £150.00 + VAT (Total £180.00)
Joint Application Fee - £180.00 + VAT (Total £216.00)
Sharers Application Fee - £90.00 + VAT (Total £108.00)
Full Credit Referencing required with Deed of Guarantee administration to be added to the Tenancy Agreement
Guarantor Fee (If required) - £65.00 + VAT (Total £78.00)
This is in addition to your required deposit. Pet deposit covers damage to the property caused by pets, or cleaning upholstery on departure. Alongside your tenants deposit this will be protected by a deposit company, DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
Pet Deposit - £100.00 per pet (If pets are accepted by the Landlord)
Tenancy Amendments: £30 Inc. VAT (Cover administration fee to change any agreed details).
Upon check out should any payments for damage or cleaning be required this will be quoted and agreed between Landlord, Tenant and Agent the amount to be deducted from the deposit.
If you decide not to proceed for any reason and the reference forms have been submitted to the referencing company, reference fees are non-refundable.
