Due to the recent ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) ruling regarding tenant fees, please find below a full list of charges made to a tenant by Belvoir Market Harborough.
The only price shown in our property advert's is the calendar monthly rental cost of the property. Tenancy application charges and possibly other fees will apply but can vary due to a customer's individual circumstances and are therefore excluded from the price shown.
Administration fees applicable - £300 (inc. vat). Guarantor (if required) £60 (inc. vat)
Payment of these fees can be made by cash or bank transfer. If the letting does not go ahead due to default by the prospective tenant or the credit check or references are unsatisfactory or it becomes apparent that facts given to us in this application prove to be untruthful, we regret that the application fee will be non-refundable.
On commencement of the tenancy:
One month's rent & deposit will be payable prior to day of move-in and must be cleared funds.
Upon successful referencing and a tenancy being offered there will be an inventory charge at commencement of tenancy up to a maximum of £75.
If your move date is more than two weeks from application approval. Please note you may be asked to pay a month’s rent as a holding deposit, this will then be used as your first month upon commencement of tenancy.
During the tenancy:
Should there be any changes to the tenant(s) during the term of the tenancy, then there may be an administration charge to the remaining tenant(s) to amend the contract or reference again should it be required. Please refer to agent for further clarification.
Please note we DO NOT charge any further fees for the following: tenancy renewal, check in/check out, or provision of a landlord’s reference.
