Landlords, Are You Covered?

 

A recent study by the National Landlords Association has shown that a staggering 90% of landlords do not make allowances for none payment of rent! 17% of these landlords compensate for this using their own savings!

-       Full rent protection for the total monthly rent, for up to 4 tenants, as named on the Tenancy Agreement

-       Nil excess with the rent paid from the point of the first arrears

-       No liaising with insurers or submitting paperwork(we will do all of this for you)

-       Rent payable until vacant possession is obtained with no time limit and regardless of when the fixed term tenancy ends
