Landlord Fees



Tenant Find Only: 60% of the first month’s rent  (incl VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced by the agent. This will be invoiced and payable on the tenant details being accepted by the landlord.

Let Only: 8.4% of the fixed term rental amount (incl VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by the agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.

Part-Management: start-up fee of £240 (inc VAT) plus 10.8% (incl VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

Full Management: start-up fee of  £240 (inc VAT) plus 14.4% (inclu VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

OPTIONAL ANNUAL FEE OF £240 (inc VAT) for our rent guarantee and eviction cost service, only available with full management.

Inventory preparation fee: £120-300 (inc VAT)

Preparation of paperwork for

Alternative Dispute Resolution: £120 (inc VAT)

Duplicate Statements: £6 (inc VAT) per copy provided

Insurance claim handling fee: 12% (incl VAT) of cost of works before VAT

Professional hourly rate: £54 (inc VAT) per hour

Re-signing fee: £120 (inc VAT) payable where the agent, with your agreement, either arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant or arranges a tenancy to a new tenant.

Void management fee: £50.00 (inc VAT) per week payable four weekly in advance of requirement.

Energy Performance Certificate: £78 (inc VAT)

Gas Safety Certificate: £78 (inc VAT)

Key Cutting service: £10 (incl VAT) for each key cut.

Post Letting Service: (included free within managed services)

Tenant move out: £84 (inc VAT)
