The only price shown in our property advert's is the calendar monthly rental cost of the property. Tenancy application charges and possibly other fees will apply but can vary due to a customer's individual circumstances and are therefore excluded from the price shown.
TENANT APPLICATION FEES - All fees are inclusive of VAT
Tenant Referencing Fee PER PERSON = £96.00
Guarantor Referencing Fee = £96.00
Tenancy Agreement Fee (to be paid once satisfactory referencing completed) = 1 Adult - £125.00 2 Adults or More £250.00
The tenancy agreement fee includes preparing a tenancy agreement, the inventory and the transfer of all the utilities. *The balance of fees becomes payable prior to occupation of the property
Administration Fee for a Reference to another Agent/Landlord = £25.00
Pets Disclaimer Fee = £60.00
Check out fee = £50.00
Company Lee fee = £360.00
A Deposit will be payable on each Property
PLEASE NOTE: To secure a property we will ask for a Holding Fee of £300 (this can vary for properties advertised with higher rents and will be at the discretion of the Landlord and Belvoir Grantham) to be paid on completion of the referencing. If the tenancy proceeds this fee will be deducted from the initial monies owed prior to the proposed move in date. Should the Prospective Tenant withdraw from the contract before entering into the tenancy agreement, this fee will be withheld to cover reasonable costs incurred by the Landlord and Belvoir Grantham.
