Landlord Fees
Below is the full scale of charges for Landlords.
- Tenant Find Service: £360 (inc VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent
- Let Only Service: 8.4% (incl VAT) of the annual rent received, deducted by the Agent at the commencement of the tenancy.
- Letting and Rent Collection Service: 9.6% (incl VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent on a monthly basis from the rent collected.
- Full Management Service: 12% (incl VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent on a monthly basis from the rent collected.
The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.
Additional Charges
Set-up fee: £300 (incl VAT)
- Agree market rent and find a tenant
- Advise on refurbishment
- Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
- Carry out accompanied viewings
- Market the property
- Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990
- Advise of non-resident tax status and HMRC
Inventory Service: from £108 (incl VAT)
- Price dependent on number of rooms, size of property and furnishings
Deposit Registration fee: £0
Additional property visits: £60 (incl VAT) per visit
- To attend for specific requests e.g. neighbour disputes (4 visits included as standard per annum)
Submission of non-resident landlords receipts to HMRC: £0
Arrangement fee for works over £500, 6% (incl VAT) of net cost.
- Arranging access and assessing costs with contractor
- Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specific works
- Retaining warranty and guarantee for works completed
