We know that it is not always convenient to view during normal office hours and we are therefore able to view early evenings (during daylight only) . All of our viewings are accompanied by a member of our staff. When you see a property which suits your requirements, please phone or email us and we will arrange a convenient time for you to view.
On applying to rent one of our properties, you will be required to complete an application form. An administration fee is payable upon application; this will ensure that the property is taken off the market and held for you whilst referencing is carried out.

Tenant Check Out Fee £60.00 inc. VAT
Letter to tenant reference breach of tenancy £24 inc. VAT
Returned payment £24 inc. VAT
Credit Card Charge 2.5%
Cash Charge 1%
Debit Card Charge 0%
Belvoir Lettings (Derby East) will undertake referencing through Experian which includes credit checks, employer references and former landlord references if applicable. If you feel you may not meet our strict criteria because of a a low income or credit score, a guarantor may be required. Please speak to us if this is the case as there may be other options available to you.
Rents are payable on a calendar monthly basis in advance, by standing order. The first months rent is to be paid in cleared funds on the day you sign your tenancy agreement.
A deposit is also taken at the time of move in to cover any breakages, dilapidations or deductions which may be identified at the end of the tenancy. The deposit is registered with The Dispute Service (TDS) for the duration of the tenancy and will be returned in full following a satisfactory check out.
