No tenancy is arranged until the prospective tenants have been fully referenced and have fulfilled our background check requirements, a full inventory and schedule of condition is undertaken on all properties just prior to occupation and all managed properties are visited by our property manager at least 3 times a year and landlords receive a comprehensive visit report on each occasion.
We manage c150 tenancies at any one time and boast an arrears rate of less than 1% in fact in 2018 we had just 1 tenancy in arrears for more than 2 weeks!
We use local skilled trades for any maintenance required at your property which will be authorised in advance.
Rents are paid into landlords account by BACS generally within no more than 48 hours of us receiving monies from tenants and landlords receive a detailed statement on each occasion. All deposits are held by the DPS and we will assist in any deposit negotiations at the close of tenancy.
