SILVER TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE

8% + VAT (9.6% inc VAT) of the first 12 month’s rent (paid in advance)

  • No Start-Up fee
  • Initial rent appraisal
  • Promotion and marketing of the property, via our website, property portals, window displays and regional newspapers.
  • Finding and screening of tenants.
  • Comprehensive referencing of the tenants as standard
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement.

GOLD PART MANAGED SERVICE

10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) of the monthly rental figure (payable monthly)
Start Up fee of £295 + VAT (£354 inc VAT)

  • Initial rent appraisal
  • Promotion and marketing of the property, via our website, property portals, window displays and regional newspapers.
  • Finding and screening of tenants.
  • Comprehensive referencing of the tenants as standard
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement.
  • Addition to Silver service
  • Preparation of a detailed inventory and schedule of condition.
  • Transfer of the tenants deposit to the DPS (deposit protection scheme)
  • Rent collection and transfer of funds to the landlord.
  • Periodic property inspections carried out every 6 months
  • Arranging a new tenancy agreement and negotiate rent increases
  • Full check service at the end of the tenancy agreement and deposit reconciliation

PLATINUM FULLY MANAGED SERVICE

11.67% + VAT (14% inc VAT) of the monthly rental figure (payable monthly)
Start Up Fee of £295 + VAT (£354 inc VAT)

  • Initial rent appraisal
  • Promotion and marketing of the property, via our website, property portals, window displays and regional newspapers.
  • Finding and screening of tenants.
  • Comprehensive referencing of the tenants as standard
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement.
  • Preparation of a detailed inventory and schedule of condition
  • Transfer of the tenants deposit to the DPS (deposit protection scheme)
  • Rent collection and transfer of funds to the landlord.
  • Periodic property inspections carried out every 3 months (6 months on Gold service)
  • Arranging a new tenancy agreement and negotiate rent increases
  • Full check service at the end of the tenancy agreement and deposit reconciliation
  • Addition to Gold Service
  • Manage property repairs and maintenance
  • Managing insurance claims

We are also registered with the Deposit Protection Service.

The DPS safeguards the tenant's deposit throughout the period of the tenancy and repays the funds to the appropriate parties.
