We work with one of the leading tenant referencing services in the UK, Let Alliance, to ensure that the tenant would be suitable for the property.
- We complete a full credit check which would alert us to any previous issues as well as establishing their previous residences.
- We contact the applicant’s previous landlord or managing agent for a reference and to understand if there have been any previous issues with the tenancy.
- We contact the applicant’s employer to establish their affordability of the rent and to ensure we understand their current employment situation.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
We are proud members of The Property Ombudsman service which is an independent complaint handling service to ensure clients are treated fairly. This gives our clients confidence that should we ever fail to meet your expectations and do not provide a satisfactory response, you are able to raise your complaint with an independent body who have the ability to apply sanctions to us should we be at fault. We are so confident in our service that we actively promote our membership of this scheme.
