This again ensures that you are kept informed regardless of your proximity to your property and are safe in the knowledge that your property and tenants are being looked after.
Pro-active property visits
Offer you the opportunity to pre-specify to us certain aspects of your property that you may wish for us to review on the up and coming visit. Maybe there is a neighbours tree that you suspect may now be affecting your boundary or a historic repair that you would like us to review and check if all is well before an issue arises?
We pay you regardless of your tenants ability to pay. It goes without saying that the utmost is done to ensure the highest standard of applicant is provided for your property, however situations like redundancy and marriage break ups can often have a negative effect on a tenants ability to pay.
