As we pride ourselves on the flexibility of our services, we prefer to discuss the individual preferences of each client to ensure that our service is tailored to their needs and timescales. This can include basic marketing whereby the client would be responsible for their own viewings and sales progression, all the way through to our full comprehensive Estate Agency service where we will manage every aspect of the transaction and associated links (if applicable). It is far too common in the industry for properties to come onto the market with certain strategies such as open days and tenders with next to no consideration for the timescales required by the owners. We fully appreciate that each situation is different and therefore the best way to approach every transaction is to determine the level of service required at the market appraisal using one of the following service levels as a basis:
Premium- Give your home maximum exposure and the highest chance of selling at the best possible price. This package is 1.5% plus VAT payable on completion and £250 set up fee.

Traditional- Very cost effective and our most popular service at 1.2% plus VAT payable on completion of your sale.
- A full measure up including floor plans and colour photographs
- Listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation
- For sale board
- Single in house point of contact from initial instruction to your move
- Accompanied viewings
- Email or telephone feedback within 48 hours
- Bi weekly marketing update
- Expert negotiation on your sale, to get you best buyer and best price.
- Complete sales progression package from confirming sale, to tracking sale to completion, overseen by company Director.
Marketing only - Looking for a cheaper option but want the benefit of a local, reliable, independently run agent?
Our fees, due before the start of marketing, is just £975 plus VAT.

- Matching and offering property to our extensive database
- Vendor deals direct with buyer
- No contract period, with flexibility to upgrade to either traditional or premium packages.
