Grant Woolley – Office Manager
Grant started the Belvoir Franchise in January 2003. He has been in the property industry since his early twenties and made his first buy-to-let purchase in the late nineties, meaning he is able to fully understand the needs and requirements that landlords have. He has also worked in insurance, international financing, leasing and accounting. With his excellent team, but in the early years on his own, Grant has built the business to manage hundreds of properties. Some landlords have been with us since the early months of the business, which is testament to our excellent service
Francesca Barlow-Goodall – Residential Sales and Lettings Manager
Francesca has worked within the property industry for 5 years, having previously worked in banking. Francesca is responsible for valuing properties both for sale and for rent. Her role includes marketing and listing properties, liaising with vendors and landlords, banking and reconciliations, registering deposits, property figures and ensuring all vendors and landlords’ requirements are met.
Natasha Lee – Senior Negotiator/Administrator
Natasha has been working for Belvoir for 5 years, starting as Property Manager before moving on to the role of Negotiator after 2 years. This involves negotiating lettings and negotiating and progressing sales. She manages the whole lettings process from beginning to end, from conducting viewings and carrying out referencing to organising tenancy agreements and carrying out inventories. Before working in the property industry Natasha spent 10 years working in retail, working up to floor supervisor and management cover.
Hollie Brackenbrough – Property Manager
Hollie has extensive experience in customer facing roles and thrives on giving the best service possible. Hollie has recently joined the team here at Belvoir as the Property Manager. Her role as Property Manager is a busy and varied one, and includes carrying out periodic inspections, dealing with day to day maintenance, ensuring properties comply with Gas/Electric safety regulations and conducting tenancy checkouts, in addition to carrying out day to day office duties.
Olivia Purdy – Office Administrator
Olivia is our newest team member, she has recently left Wilsthorpe School after completing her GCSES. Olivia will be dealing with the vast majority of our office administration. We welcome Olivia on board.
Jayde Richards – Property Manager
