Suitability
There are certain tenant requirements set out by the management of Marbury Court as per below:
Age restriction normally over 70 years OR approaching 70 years old subject to the incoming residents circumstances and the approval of the landlord and the property manager.
The tenant MUST be supported by a guarantor and ideally be a LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) for the tenant(s) Financial Affairs.
