Sales and Lettings
Craig Johnson – Office Manager
Craig opened the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch of Belvoir in April 2008 and has taken the business from strength to strength. Craig has helped his branch win several local awards including best letting agent and best overall agent in Stoke-on-Trent in 2016 with AllAgents.co.uk. As well as managing the busy office, Craig's main role is to meet new customers and to discuss their individual needs. Whether it be lettings or sales, Craig will share his expert property knowledge to assist you in making the right decision and achieving the results you need.
Mathew Ziemann – Assistant Manager
Mathew started with Craig in April 2008 and has assisted in building the business to where it is today. Mathew's main role is to show prospective tenants around rental properties and to ensure the tenants meet the requirements of the landlord. Mathew manages the negotiators in the office and also supports Craig in many of his roles.
Annie Chidlow – Lettings Manager
Annie started in January 2013 as an Administrator. Annie worked very hard and soon got promoted to become a Property Manager. In 2018 Annie was promoted again to Lettings Manager. She now manages the lettings team of negotiators, maintenance and inventory & inspection coordinators. Annie's main role is to ensure inspections are all carried out, maintenance is being handled quickly and efficiently and property move out inspections.
Susan Newton – Inventory & Inspection Co-ordinator
Susan started in August 2014 and has been essential in ensuring tenants are maintaining properties to the standard they were when they moved in. Susan's main role is to draw up detailed inventory and condition reports of rental properties, including photographs. Tenants sign this report upon move in and this is used to check them out when they vacate. Susan also carries out regular inspections of rental properties to ensure tenants are looking after them well.
Jacqueline Steele – Inventory & Inspection Co-ordinator
Jacqueline started with us in April 2017. Her main role is to carry out property inspections and to draw up inventory and condition reports along side Susan. Jacqueline has over 10 years experience in the lettings industry, having managed a lettings team for her previous employer. Her wealth of knowledge will be an asset to our team.
Melissa Harding – Sales Negotiator & Lister
Melissa started in August 2017 in our Sales team to assist with the rapid growth of property sales. Melissa carries out property viewings, manages all negotiations between buyers and vendors and liaises with all parties to see a sale through to completion. Melissa also assists with property valuations and arranging financial services, mortgages and conveyancing.
Simon Woolley – Sales Valuer
Simon has worked as our residential sales valuer since 2018, having previously worked in Estate agency industry across North Staffordshire and parts of Cheshire, since 2004. Simon has worked as part of our successful sales team, which has seen a significant increase in the branches market share, during 2019 & 2020 across the ST4 & ST5 postcodes. After such an unexpected and unpredictable 2020, we are all looking forward to continuing our growth across the region and meeting with more potential clients, to offer them a safe and reliable marketing strategy for selling their home.
