Simon Johnson – Sales Valuer
Simon joined us in December 2018 as a residential sales valuer. Simon has worked in Estate agency across North Staffordshire and parts of Cheshire, since 2004 and has a wealth of experience. Growing up and living in Newcastle Under Lyme, as well as being educated in the area, I have gained so much local knowledge, and understand how important it is to look after our customers, as they put so much faith and trust in Estate Agents, to help them through such a stressful process. The most enjoyable part of my job is without doubt, seeing the happiness of our customers when we sell their home. A good estate agent, should be a good communicator, be open and honest, give best advise and never over promise, then under deliver. This is what attracted me to take up this opportunity with Belvoir.
