Stephen Tunney – Business Owner

Having operated in Milton Keynes since 1996, first as Copley’s of York and then as Belvoir Property Management, through hard work and dedication Steve has built a reputation for being one of the most knowledgeable and professional letting agents in Milton Keynes. Steve’s knowledge of the local lettings market has helped many landlords to take their first steps on the property Buy to Let ladder as well as helping them to build profitable property portfolios. Steve started working life in the RAF serving for over 18 years as an aircraft engineer. It was during this time that Steve first let his own house out through a local agent; being left disappointed with the poor standard of customer service Steve decided on leaving the RAF to set up his own lettings business to deliver the service both he and other landlords deserved. Abbie Stock – Branch Manager

Start Date: October 2017 Job Title: Branch Manager Responsibilities: My role includes dealing with tenant enquiries, carrying out tenant reference checks, arranging tenant move ins, overseeing property visits and inventories, property see outs, dealing with deposits once a tenant has vacated, oversee all maintenance at managed properties, carrying out regular staff meetings, and monitor the office and staff members to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I have a responsibility of keeping up to date with all lettings legislation and any new legal updates that come out. I have worked in property management and lettings for 9 years with varying roles and responsibilities. ARLA Qualified.

Louise Collard

Louise Collard – Inventory and Inspection Clerk

Start date: May 2012. Job Title: Inventory and Inspection Clerk. Responsibilities: My role includes carrying out all property visits while our Tenants are in situ to ensure the properties are being correctly looked after and to also make sure that all properties are safe and fit for habitation. I also carry out all inventories prior to new Tenants moving into a property. Prior to joining the Belvoir team I had always worked within a customer service based role either within retail or the commercial environment.

Kelsey Brady

Kelsey Brady – Lettings Negotiator

Start Date: December 2019 Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities: My role includes dealing with tenant enquiries, updating landlords on their marketed properties, arranging viewings, taking new photos of properties, uploading properties online to our portals as well as keeping our social media updated. Before joining Belvoir, I was in this industry for 6 months.
