Charlotte Baker

Charlotte Baker – Office Manager

Set up in 1998 by Charlotte’s father Paul Cox, Belvoir Lettings Melton Mowbray covers the areas of LE13 and LE14. Paul is now retired and spends most of his time in Crete with his wife Liz. Charlotte says: “Being part of a franchise offers me the opportunity to run the business as a small local company, along with the support and training offered by a national group. This gives me the confidence that we are up to speed with current legislation and we can learn from other offices throughout the UK. It also gives me access to good insurance products that are tailored to Belvoir’s requirements making sure the landlord is well protected.”

Graham Croft

Graham Croft – Finance Manager and Franchise Owner

Graham Croft - Finance Manager and Franchise Owner Graham joined Belvoir in January 2007 and manages the collection and payments of rent and tenants bonds. He is also the IT expert and repairer of all things! Trained as an Accountant, Graham also looks after our business accounts and has over 35 years experience working in finance and IT. He also manages the tenants deposit schemes.

Denise Randall

Denise Randall – Senior Lettings Negotiator

Denise came to Belvoir in March 2009; she advertises properties to let, carries out viewings and negotiates new tenancies. Denise says: “Meeting the tenants at the viewings gives me a good feel for their character, it’s great when you take on a new property and already have the perfect tenant in mind.”

Jessica Bishop

Jessica Bishop – Lettings Negotiator

Jess has been working for us in a part-time capacity since April 2011 and started full time in September 2012 after finishing her studies. She undertakes referencing and carries out viewings, keeping potential tenants up to date with new properties coming onto the lettings market. She has completed a BTEC in Lettings and Property Management

Julie Brammer

Julie Brammer – Inventory Specialist

With the need for more accurate photographic evidence of the condition of properties, Julie was recruited in May of 2009 to undertake this task. She ensures that we have the evidence needed to support any claims that have to be taken to dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Julie also meets the tenants at their move out inspections and thinks: “The photographic inventories really help to diffuse confrontation because it is difficult to argue with this evidence." Julie also assists with the property management.

Gill Bland

Gill Bland – Office Support and Projects Manager

Gill joined us in 2010 and updates the marketing portals online to ensure that properties are advertised to their full potential, and creates the weekly newspaper advert. She also organises the office and provides operational support and is a great asset to the business when we are organising our landlord events.

Donna Jenkins

Donna Jenkins – Property Manager

Joining the team in 2014, Donna is responsible for inspecting properties and liaising with landlord's when repairs and property improvements are necessary. "Protecting the landlords investment is a priority and maintaining a good relationship with landlords, tenants and contractors is essential" says Donna. She works closely with Julie chasing up contractors and ensuring work is carried out to the correct standard.
