Matthew Smith (Branch Manager)
Matthew has been a local Estate Agent in Basingstoke since 2004. By living and working in Basingstoke, he has excellent local knowledge. Having over a decade of experience in the local property market he has vast industry experience and has dealt with all styles of property.
As the Branch Manager Matthew will be involved with every aspect of the marketing and sale of your property right from the initial market appraisal and valuation to the day of completion. Nothing pleases Matthew more than helping a client throughout their move, making the process as stress free as possible. His top priority is to ensure every client has the best possible experience and the highest level of service using Belvoir! Basingstoke Sales.
Matthew's hobbies include spending time with his partner, going to the cinema and carp fishing.
Jamie Bennett (Assistant Branch Manager)
Jamie has been an Estate Agent since 2010 working in both Bracknell and Basingstoke. He is an extremely experienced sales negotiator and has a wealth of local knowledge having lived in Basingstoke throughout his life.
As one of the company's top sales negotiators, Jamie conducts the majority of the professional accompanied viewings we offer for our clients. He prides himself on achieving the very best possible sale price in the quickest period of time for every client.
Jamie's hobbies include supporting Liverpool FC, watching sport and going to the gym.
Chris Livemore (Move Manager)
Chris started his career as an Estate Agent at the age of 21 and has now been involved in property sales for over 38 years. During Chris's career he has worked in many local property markets, Thatcham, Hungerford, Swindon, Wokingham and Basingstoke.
As Basingstoke Sales Move Manager Chris oversees every property sale after an offer is accepted. He regularly updates all of our clients with their sale or purchase throughout the transaction. Chris is able to use all the experience he has gained over the years to solve any potential problems quickly. This enables our clients moving experience to be as seamless and smooth as possible.
Chris's hobbies include going fishing, meeting up with friends and family and walking.
Chris Munnelly (Branch Secretary)
Chris has been involved with property transactions in Basingstoke since the 1970's and has been with the company since 1997.
As the Branch Secretary her role is to support the sales team and undertake all the admin involved with the marketing and selling of a property.
Chris's hobbies include shopping, spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
