Belvoir Basingstoke has its own in-house maintenance department employing qualified and experienced staff working Monday to Friday to resolve run of the mill issues and to evaluate and report on more complex issues. In company vans, they carry all manner of tools and basic supplies in order to deal competitively and expediently with maintenance concerns.

A team of four full-time administrative staff control this function and liaise closely with tenants, landlords and when appropriate, third-party sub-contractors, such as gas engineers, electricians and plumbers.

In the first instance, in order to report a problem at a Belvoir managed property, telephone the number above. Telephones are manned Monday to Friday 08.30 to 5.00


During other hours, if the problem is an emergency, tenants are requested to call an appropriate company to deal with the problem. Please note, however, that if it is determined that a problem is not a true emergency, then the tenant will be expected to pay the cost of the call-out.
