Our maintenance process is no exception, based in our Tadley office, our maintenance co-ordinators hold a wealth of experience relating to the properties themselves and remain a firm favourite with both clients and tenants alike due to thier extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor.
Our team of administrative staff control this function and liaise closely with tenants, landlords and when appropriate, third-party sub-contractors, such as gas engineers, electricians and plumbers.

In the first instance, in order to report a problem at a Belvoir managed property, telephone the number above. Telephones are manned Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 5.00
OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES ONLY:
As a further service and to provide maximum reassurance to our clients that thier property is in safe hands our main contact number 01189 820333 is active 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, even on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. Outside of the usual working hours this service allows maintenance emergancies to be reported and dealt with if necessary quickly and efficiently without allowing damage to occur in a property. Please note, however, that if it is determined that a problem is not a true emergency, then the tenant will be expected to pay the cost of the call-out.
