Ellie Beale – Branch Manager

Elliott Shaw – Sales Negotiator
I am the Sales Negotiator for Belvoir Loughborough and have been working within the Estate Agency industry for around four and a half years. Previously specialising in Lettings & Portfolio Management, I have recently taken the next step into Property Sales and currently work towards assisting clients in buying their dream home or investment property and also make sure the seller generates a good return on their sale! Outside of my fast-paced working environment, I am a keen golfer and enjoy getting out and about across 18 holes whenever I can! I’m also a big fan of motor-racing and like watching and attending as many race weekends as possible throughout the year. I also enjoy going to music concerts and discovering new music to play on my drum kit at home – which doesn’t always go down well with my neighbours!
Tom Gray – Lettings Negotiator
I am the Lettings Negotiator and have recently joined Belvoir Loughborough. I have been in the property industry my whole working life, from building timber framed buildings to property sales and property management. I have spent the majority of my estate agent career in Lettings. I am a family man, who spends a lot of time with my children and that gives me an understanding of exactly how important finding a good home is for a good family.
Jacqui Stewart – Senior Property Manager
I am Senior Property Manager at Belvoir Loughborough. I started as Lettings Assistant back in 2012 and during this time I have worked on both the Lettings side and Property Management side of things. I am responsible for resolving general maintenance, liaising between Landlords and Tenants as well as ensuring that all annual gas safety certificates are completed on time. I really like the fact that no two days are the same and we get to meet lots of different people within the role. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and son and going on family days out.
Michelle Holyoake – Property Manager
I am the property manager at Belvoir Loughborough. I am responsible for the management of all lettings which include, maintenance, tenant checkouts and inventories, and urgent repairs. You may also see me out and about doing regular visits! I act as the “go between” for the tenant and the landlord for all property management issues and queries. I believe there isn’t an issue that cannot be resolved and I strive with this belief with all Belvoir dealings. I am also a mum of one and a dog lover with my friends and family being at the heart of who I am. Often known as the “activity organiser”, I love days out and spending time with the family.
Theresa Roe-Ely – Accounts Manager
I have been with Belvoir Loughborough for almost 10 years. This is the longest I’ve worked for one company for, doing the same job. The Belvoir team are great to work with, and are both friendly and fun to be with. I work as the Accounts Manager, so I deal with collecting rent and payments to Landlords and Contractors. I also deal with deposit, making sure they as registered on time with DPS.
