This is made up of a range of checks such as verifying your employment, collecting landlord reference and taking an in depth look at your credit score. We will then review your application and will forward it on to the landlord making sure to outline all the positive aspects to demonstrate you in the best light.
Once we have heard the good news from the landlord, we will notify you straight away to confirm your successful. We will run through with you your confirmed start date, and will email over your tenancy confirmation and deposit request for you to complete.
Before your move in you will need to pay your tenancy deposit and confirm the inventory of furnishings. You will then have a 48-hour period to provide any amendments for us to update. Last but not least you need to digitally sign the tenancy agreement prior to moving in and pay the move in monies.
