Fully managed: £ 300.00  start up fee plus 14.4% per month management fee (inc. VAT)

Part Managed: £ 300.00 start up fee plus 12% per month management fee (inc. VAT)

Let only: 90% of one months rent (inc. VAT)

Tenant find plus paperwork: 480.00 (inc. VAT)

Tenant find only: 72% of one months rent (inc. VAT)


Preparation of paperwork of for Alternative Dispute Resolution: £ 90.00 per hour (inc. VAT)

Duplicate Paper Statements by post: £ 5.00 (inc. VAT) per copy provided

Inventories: From £ 90.00 (inc. VAT) - Cost dependant on size of property

Charge for drawing up a tenancy agreement: £ 120.00 (inc. VAT)

Insurance claim handling fee 12% (inc. VAT) of cost of works before VAT

Professional hours rate: £ 90.00 per hour (inc. VAT)

Tenancy renewal/extension fee: £ 120.00 (inc. VAT)

Void management fee: £ 50.00 per month payable four weekly in advance of requirement

Introduction of purchaser fee: 1.2% inc VAT of the final sale price
