Property Assessment.

We will appraise your property within 24 hours.  At the appraisal, we will advise you of the rental income you should expect to receive as well as conducting a preliminary assessment of the condition of your property. 

Marketing/Tenant Find

We will market your property on Rightmove, through local advertising in the Daventry Express, local village publications in the region and our bespoke website

Tenant Check

Every applicant is referenced through Experian, the UK's number one credit referencing agency which consists of a comprehensive credit check, employee reference and previous landlord reference.

Tenant Viewings

Prospective Tenants will be accompanied on all viewings.

Tenant Occupation 

Once a tenant is content to occupy, we will process all necessary legal documentation, provide a comprehensive inventory and manage the tenant into your property.


We will conduct an initial inspection within 3 months of occupation including an assessment of the condition of the property to inform the scheduling of subsequent inspections.  Regardless, inspections will be conducted at least every 6 months.
