Set up Fees (Including VAT)- £216.00

Inventory fee (Including VAT)- 1-3 Bed: from £110 to £145, 4+Bed from £165.00

Re-letting Fee (Including VAT) £216.00

End of Tenancy Fee £120.00

  • We than would hand everything across to yourself to carry on.

£600;00 (Including VAT) payable for each letting where the Tenant is introduced by Belvoir Stratford

We offer a price match solution,if you find like for like service at lower price elsewhere we will match it.

We are a NALS Member. The National Approved Letting Scheme is a Government funded scheme for accreditation and registration of professional lettings agents.

Property Ombudsman Scheme Nember

We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The Property Ombudsman for Lettings can resolve disputes referred by landlords or tenants that relates to lettings and management agents that are members of the Scheme. These agents follow the Code of Practice for Letting Agents.
