Landlord Fees

Service Options

Full Management: Start-up fee of £180 (inc VAT) plus 12.5% of the rent (15% inc VAT) deducted from the rent as received.

Letting & Rent Collection: Start-up fee of £180 (inc VAT) plus 8% of the rent (9.6% inc VAT) deducted from the rent as received.

Tenant Find / Let Only: An amount equal to one month's rent (inc VAT, minimum £600) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable upon the Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.

 

Other Charges

Inventory & Schedule of Condition Report: £115 - £215 (inc VAT) depending on size of property and whether furnished or unfurnished.

 

Optional Services & Associated Fees

Statutory Declaration:  £30 (inc VAT) plus Solicitors' Swear Fee

Alternative Dispute Resolution: £150 (inc VAT)

Duplicate Statements & Other Documents: £25 (inc VAT) per copy provided

Professional Hourly Rate: £60 (inc VAT) per hour for services beyond the standard tenancy preparation.

Tenancy Renewal: £120 (inc VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing Tenant

Void Management: £50 (inc VAT) per week, payable four weekly in advance of requirement.

 

Post Letting Service

(Included with our "Full Management" Service)

Tenant Check-Out & Inventory Check (including written report): £240 (inc VAT)

 

Cancellation

Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy term (including any extensions) a fee equivalent to one months rent (inc VAT) is payable.
