Landlord Fees

Service Options

Full Management: Start-up fee of £160.00 (inc VAT) plus 15% (12% excluding VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.


Tenant Find Only: An amount equivalent to 3/4 of one months rent (inc VAT) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable on the Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.

Letting and Rent Collection: Start-up fee of £160.00 (inc VAT) plus 12% (10% excluding VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.


Other Charges

Inventory preparation fee: £50.00 - £250.00 (inc VAT) Depending on size and furnished or unfurnished.


Deposit Protection legislation

Preparation of paperwork for:

Statutory Declaration £30 inc VAT plus Solicitors swear fee

Alternative Dispute Resolution: £150.00 (inc VAT)

Duplicate Statements: £25.00 (inc VAT) per copy provided

Insurance claim handling fee: 12% (inc VAT) for the cost of works

Professional hourly rate: £50.00 (inc VAT) per hour for anything outside the standard tenancy preparation.

Re-signing fee: £125.00 (inc VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant

Void management fee: £50.00 (inc VAT) per week payable four weekly in advance of requirement.


Post Letting Service

(Inclusive with our "Full Management" service)

Tenant move out:

Inventory Check (including damage report): £200.00 (inc VAT)

All prices subject to change after two months’ written notice



Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee equivalent to one months rent (inc VAT) is payable.

Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT
