Let & Rent Collection 10% plus VAT (12% inc VAT)

Full Management 15% plus VAT (18% inc VAT)

Short Term Letting 22% plus VAT (26.4% inc VAT)

No fees are payable until we find a suitable tenant.

Fees will, wherever possible, be deducted from rental income received.

No Hidden Fees or Surprise Extras

All tenancy related administration is included in our above stated percentage fees.

Unlike some letting agents, for example, we will not charge you ‘extra’ for tenancy agreements or the registering of deposits.  We consider such tasks simply part of the Belvoir service.

Other Charges

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) £65 plus VAT (£78 inc VAT)

Gas Safety Certificate £95 plus VAT (£114 inc VAT)

Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report & Portable Appliance Testing
Dependent on the number of bedrooms and/or size of the property and any outbuildings. Please call for more information.

Inventory Fee (including Check In & Check Out) - Landlord's Share

Additional Fees

Accounting Service for Overseas Landlords 1% plus VAT (1.2% inc VAT)
who have not registered with the Inland Revenue.

Vacant Property Management £200 plus VAT (£240 inc VAT) per month
If requested while property is not tenanted or being actively marketed.

Sale to Tenant - Fee to be negotiated separately.
