SCALE OF CHARGES

SERVICE OPTIONS:

Let Only: 60%inc VAT of one month’s rent (equal to 50% plus VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy. (Minimum charge of £199 plus VAT).

Letting and Rent Collection: As let only plus 6% (inc VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received

Full Management: Start-up fee of £238.80 inc VAT (equal to £199 plus VAT) and 12% inc VAT (equal to 10% plus VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

Other Charges

Inventory preparation fee: Varies depending upond property size. Price starts at £120 inc VAT (Inclusive with our full management service)

Admin involved in the Tenancy

Deposit Protection legislation: £10 (plus VAT (Inclusive with our full management service)

Preparation of paperwork for

Alternative Dispute Resolution £300 inc VAT

Duplicate Statements: £FREE per copy provided

Insurance claim handling fee: 12% inc VAT of cost of works before VAT

Professional hourly rate £55 (inc VAT) per hour

Re-signing fee: £60 (inc VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant

Void management fee: £25.00 (inc VAT) per week payable four weekly in advance of requirement

Post Letting Service

(Inclusive with our "Full Management" service)

Tenant move out: £50 (inc VAT)

Inventory Check

(including damage report): £ 50 (inc VAT)

All prices subject to change after two months’ written notice

Cancellation

Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a cancellation fee of £180 (inc VAT) will continue to be payable.

Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT - 20%
