FULL MANAGED; £210 SET UP FEE & 10% OF RENT COLLECTED  & INCLUDES; AS LET ONLY PLUS COLLECT ON-GOING MONTHLY RENTS AND GENERATE RENT STATEMENTS, ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER OF RENT, MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY REPAIRS, REGULAR PERIODIC VISITS TO PROPERTY WITH WRITTEN REPORT PROVIDED, ENSURING LEGALK COMPLIANCE FOR ERQUIRED SAFETY CERTIFICATES, ENSURING CORRECT NOTICES SERVED WHEN POSSESSION IS REQUIRES, ACCOMPANIED CHECK OUTS
