We are looking for a bright, confident problem solver to join our team. This role is working for a leading brand who are very well respected in the industry. Previous property management experience is a pre-requisite. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for Property Management and a pro-active approach to dealing with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. The ideal candidate will have practical customer service or Property Management experience within the residential lettings sector.

Day to day duties will include:

Arrangement and monitoring of property maintenance, gas and electrical safety checks, maintaining recordsDiary and email management General office and administrative dutiesManagement and maintenance of key log systemArranging tenancy sign up administration including referencing
