Davinder Gharial – Director
Davinder is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in the Hertfordshire property market for 7 years. His knowledge, experience, expertise and people skills are commendable. Having worked in the financial sector and benefitting from a strong legal background, Davinder proves an asset to both landlords and tenants. He joined Belvoir with a vision to expand and grow by bringing new abilities and identifying fresh opportunities.
Jan Furness MNAEA – Sales Director
Having worked in estate agency for over 20 years in and around Hitchin, Jan joined in 2016 and was appointed Sales Director in 2020. Passionate about our clients and helping them realise their dreams, she has made many friends over the years who return to Belvoir when they want to make their next move. Jan, a Member of the NAEA, juggles her role at Belvoir with spending time with her family.
John La Francesca – Sales Manager
John joined Belvoir in early 2016 and brings with him great experience in the local property sales market. He completes market appraisals, lists new instructions and markets our properties for sale, registers and matches potential buyers and progresses all sales through to a successful completion for our clients. John is customer-focused and prides himself on an efficient service.
Stephanie Powell MARLA – Lettings Manager
With experience in both lettings and sales, Steph enjoys the fast pace of lettings, hence her role. She takes a professional and friendly approach to dealing with current, new and prospective landlords and tenants, sharing knowledge and providing advice at every stage. From overseeing day-to-day activities, to valuations and liaison, Stephanie ensures the continued high-quality service Belvoir provides.
Conor Bailey – Lettings Negotiator
Superna Minas – Lettings Negotiator
Superna joined the Belvoir Hitchin team back in October 2016, initially as a Lettings Accounts Administrator and has since worked in most departments throughout the company. She is currently working as a Lettings Negotiator where she undertakes property viewings and looks after move-in files right from the beginning until the very end.
Emma Nolan – Head of Property Management & Finance Property Manager
With exceptional property management and lettings knowledge, Emma is an invaluable member of our team. She is responsible for looking after our managed properties, alongside Property Manager Megan, handling all tenancy problems to ensure a prompt and efficient resolution. She also conducts payments of rent and assists our landlords with any finance related queries.
Megan Williams – Property Manager
Starting as an apprentice with Belvoir, Megan has been a vital member of the Lettings team for a number of years. Her role is to look after all things Property Management, alongside Emma, supporting and assisting both our landlords and tenants alike to reach timely solutions for clients. She is always happy to help, providing a fantastic service with a friendly smile.
Bronte Rockall – Assistant Property Manager
Bronte joined Belvoir in 2018 and is part of the Maintenance team. Her day to day role involves being the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring properties are always presented and kept to the highest possible standard. She prides herself on building long-term relationships, valued purely on trust and client satisfaction.
Lauren Dudley – Senior Property Administrator
Starting with Belvoir in Hitchin as an apprentice in 2018, Lauren has since become our Senior Administrator within the Lettings department. Her role includes completing that all essential administration work for the company and assisting both Property Managers, Megan and Emma, with their portfolios of properties.
Suman Dohil – Group Accountant
Suman Dohil (FCCA) is a certified Chartered Accountant and brings vast financial knowledge from different industries over a 15-year period. As our Group Accountant, she is tasked with looking after client and business accounts. With a strong background in implementing new software, Suman has been instrumental in the integration of new financial management processes.
Ken Humphrey – Inspections Officer
Ken is responsible for continually monitoring the condition of all of our managed properties. He arranges his inspections directly with our tenants and then reports back to our landlords. Ken is often on hand to provide advice to tenants and landlords alike.
