
Barrie Smith – Office Manager
Barrie has worked for the company since 2003 and has gained experience in every aspect of the lettings process. He is ARLA qualified and his main role now is overseeing the whole office and carry out rental appraisals for potential landlords. With good local knowledge built up over the years, he's here to help if you're a current or potential landlord.

Laura Pullan – Lettings Manager
Laura started working for Belvoir in 2013 and has recently been promoted to her current role which involves making sure everything in our office runs smoothly, including tenant rent payments, overseeing tenant referencing, checking tenancy agreements and all other legal documentation is correct along with making sure our landlord gas safety certificates are carried out on the due dates. She is ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified giving her knowledge in key areas related to residential letting and property management.

Lesley Ferraro – Senior Negotiator
Lesley has worked for Belvoir since 2004 and has developed experience in all aspects of our office. Lesley now works three days a week alongside Elaine carrying out viewings and moving tenant's into the properties. One of Lesley's key roles is to provide our landlords with regular feedback when their property is being let.

Elaine Henfrey – Property Manager
Elaine has worked in the local lettings market for twenty years and has been with Belvoir Harrogate for sixteen. Her role is to carry out the viewings, move tenant's into the properties and to carry out the final inspections for our managed properties. Every week she will also be busy undertaking around twenty routine property inspections on behalf of our managed landlords.

Gemma Dickman – Lettings Negotiator/Accounts
Gemma started working for Belvoir in 2013 and her main role is to liaise with the tradesman who carry out work on our managed portfolio. Her jobs include organising any maintenance works with our tenants and landlords, dealing with the tradesman invoices along with preparing tenancy agreements and helping our landlords and tenants with any questions they have.

Kevin Hayton – Lettings Negotiator
Kevin is the newest member of the team and has quickly built up a good understanding of the lettings market. His main role is processing new tenant references and making sure they run smoothly from start to finish. He is also involved in dealing with tenant and landlord queries, preparing tenancy agreements and importantly keeping all the property websites up to date. Recently Kevin has started with property viewings on a Saturday building up his knowledge of our available property portfolio.
