Carly French

Carly French – Branch Manager

Carly joined Belvoir in August 2012 originally as a New Business Mentor at Belvoir's Central Office. In February 2013 she become Office Manager of our Grantham Office and with over 15 years experience Carly has an invaluable insight into all aspects of the industry and as an Award winning, growing and fast paced business Carly is committed to both customer service and staff development.

Leanne Christian

Leanne Christian – Assistant Manager

*Leanne is currently on maternity leave and Rita Nicholas is covering her position* Leanne joined Belvoir in 2011 originally as a Lettings Negotiator but transferred over to our property management department in 2015 as she wished to be more involved in the management of our property portfolio and the legal compliance. She now works alongside Hannah Laccohee to assist tenants and landlords from the start of their tenancy right up until the day they vacate and also has the role of Assistant Manager to Carly French.

Rita Nicholas

Rita Nicholas – Senior Property Manager

Rita joined the company in July 2020 as Senior Property Manager to cover Leanne Christian’s maternity leave. Rita is an experienced Property Manager with level 2 & 3 ARLA qualifications. Rita is highly committed to providing an excellent standard of service to her Clients and will work alongside Hannah Laccohee, looking after a portfolio of over 400 properties in our local area. Rita will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with tenants, landlords and contractors, arranging maintenance, managing check out administration including deposit returns, preparation of legal notices and overseeing the property management department.

Hannah Spratley

Hannah Spratley – Lettings Neg/Coordinator

Hannah has worked for Belvoir since April 2015. Her main role was to manage the properties and the rental accounts for the Belvoir Castle Estate but from 01st May 2017 transferred into a front of house position as Lettings Coordinator assisting tenants from application stage, up to the day of their move in and coordinating all tenancy and legal paperwork. Hannah works part time and in a job share position with Jane Bond.

Hannah  Laccohee

Hannah Laccohee – Property Manager

Hannah joined the company in September 2019 as Property Manager, working alongside Leanne in the property management team. Hannah has relevant experience from her previous role dealing with property maintenance issues and coordinating repairs. Hannah prides herself on excellent customer service and administration and feels she can utilise her problem solving skills in our fast paced customer facing environment. Day to day tasks include ensuring the properties are well maintained, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently and all Tenants are happy and content in their home.

Frazer Ferguson

Frazer Ferguson – Negotiator

Frazer attended school in Kent and in his last year of 6th form moved to Grantham. He has always found business and finance interesting and this was what he studied and could see himself doing in the future. He spent quite a while looking for the right apprenticeship for him and finally found it with Belvoir joining the company in June 2017. Frazer completed his Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration in August 2018 and has been offered the permanent role of Negotiator covering both sales and lettings as part of his daily role.

Allison Cavan

Allison Cavan – Part Time Inventory/Inspections Clerks

Helen and Allison have a job share position and their role is to carry out full inventories, check outs and mid-term inspections of various properties in and around Grantham.

Helen Kirton – Part Time Inventory/Inspections Clerks

Helen and Allison have a job share position and their role is to carry out full inventories, check outs and mid-term inspections of various properties in and around Grantham.

Ellie Clubb

Ellie Clubb – Saturday Assistant

Ellie is currently in Sixth Form and works for us every Saturday in this customer facing position to gain further work experience. Ellie assists the team in meeting and greeting clients, booking viewings, filing and answering the telephone.

Rebecca Golds

Rebecca Golds – Lettings Negotiator

Rebecca has a keen interest in property and joined Belvoir Grantham in May 2020. Rebecca has previous lettings experience and is delighted to have joined the team to continue to provide high levels of customer service. Rebecca is responsible for undertaking all lettings viewings and feedback to Landlords, close communication with all clients and negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant.

Jane Bond

Jane Bond – Lettings Coordinator

Jane joined the company in May 2020 and will have a job share position with Hannah Spratley. Jane has extensive Customer Service experience with over 20 years working for Natwest Bank. Jane's role involves assisting tenants and Landlords throughout their application process including referencing prospective tenants, coordination of all tenancy paperwork and conducting the tenancy sign up. Jane's hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 1.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday's 9am to 1pm.
