Carly French – Office Manager

Carly joined Belvoir in August 2012 originally as a New Business Mentor at Belvoir's Central Office. In February 2013 she become Office Manager of our Grantham Office and with 13 years experience. Carly has an invaluable insight into all aspects of the industry and as an Award winning, growing and fast paced business Carly is committed to both customer service and staff development.

Leanne McAllister – Assistant Manager

Leanne joined Belvoir in 2011 originally as a Lettings Negotiator but transferred over to our property management department in 2015 as she wished to be more involved in the management of our property portfolio and the legal compliance. She now works alongside Wendy to assist tenants and landlords from the start of their tenancy right up until the day they vacate and also has the role of Assistant Manager to Carly French.

Alex Harding – Residential Sales Negotiator

Alex has recently joined the team bringing with him a wealth of sales experience having lived in the area for over 11 years. From the first instance he knew Belvoir was for him, the customer journey from taking an initial phone call all the way through to handing a new home owner their keys, is supported and communicated throughout - negating stress from the process and making the most of peoples properties.

Wendy Lee – Property Manager

Wendy joined the team in August 2014 having previously been involved with the letting of her own rental properties. This experience assists her day to day in the management of part of a residential property portfolio alongside Leanne, ensuring the properties are well maintained, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently and all Tenants are happy and content in their home.

Hannah Spratley – Lettings Coordinator

Hannah has worked for Belvoir for 2 Years. Her main role was to manage the properties and the rental accounts for the Belvoir Castle Estate but from 01st May 2017 will be transferring into a front of house position as Lettings Coordinator assisting tenants from application stage, up to the day of their move in and coordinating all tenancy and legal paperwork.

Helen Kirton – Part Time Inventory/Inspections Clerks

Helen and Allison have a job share position and their role is to carry out full inventories, check outs and mid-term inspections of various properties in and around Grantham.

Helen and Allison have a job share position and their role is to carry out full inventories, check outs and mid-term inspections of various properties in and around Grantham.

                    Frazer Ferguson                   

Frazer Ferguson – Apprentice Administrator/Negotiator

Frazer attended school in Kent and in his last year of 6th form moved to Grantham. He has always found business and finance interesting and this was what he studied and could see himself doing in the future. He spent quite a while looking for the right apprenticeship for him and finally found it with Belvoir joining the company in June 2017.

Mark Hewitson – Accounts Administrator

Mark joined Belvoir in June 20I3 with experience of working within the residential lettings industry, on both client and agency accounts. Mark is based at our Central Office and is responsible for receipting tenants rents, making landlord payments and management accounts for the agency.

                    Lucy Welby                   

Lucy Welby – Saturday Assistant

Lucy has recently completed her Undergraduate degree studying Early Childhood Studies and works for us every Saturday in this customer facing position. Lucy assists the team in meeting and greeting clients, booking viewings, filing and answering the telephone.
