As of 2019 we are no longer able to charge the referencing fees to prospecting tenants.
- Monthly Management Fee – 10% of rent collected plus VAT (12% inc. VAT)
- Deposit Protection and Dispute Management Fee Tenant Find Only Properties – £60.00 inc. VAT
