- Tenancy Start Up Fee – £270.00 inc. VAT
- Tenant Referencing Fee – £225.00 inc. VAT
As of 2019 we are no longer able to charge the referencing fees to prospecting tenants.
- Monthly Management Fee – 8% – 10% of rent collected plus VAT (10% to 12% inc. VAT)
Deposit Protection and Dispute Management Fee
Annual fee for lodging/managing deposit and producing evidence for dispute

- Tenant Find Only Properties – £60.00 inc. VAT
