Just In Case...
The following information is provided to assist you in the event of an urgent maintenance requirement, such as Burst water pipe, flood or intruder break in, that occurs outside of our office hours.
A list of the contact details of the National Water/Gas/electric boards and energy companies are also detailed in your 'Guide to Tenants' Handbook provided to you at the point of moving in.
Every attempt should be taken to minimise the use of the following contact details, as no guarantee is provided that the invoice for attending will be covered by the Landlord.
The intention of this information is to provide you with a list of trusted and recommended contractors who can attend in the event of an emergency and who Belvoir would usually call on the landlord’s behalf during office hours.
