Belvoir Lettings understand that not all Landlords require the same level of service when letting their property. We appreciate that some landlords do not have the time to commit themselves fully to ensuring that their property is running smoothly and that their tenants are happy.  We can provide a service that helps a landlord get started with letting their property or fully take all the stress and hassle away while having the confidence that their property is in the safe hands of their agent.

What a landlord can expect from the different services that Belvoir Lettings can offer:

FULLY MANAGED: With the fully managed service we look after all the landlords and tenants needs form start to finish including but not limited to:

  • Fully advertising the property on all the major websites, verbally to all enquires that come to us by email, phone or visits to the office. We also store all enquiries onto our data base for future use.
  • Accompanied viewings with flexible times from 8am to 7pm throughout the week.
  • Fully reference all tenants to a national franchise standard.
  • Create all legal documents
  • Carry out a detailed DVD inventory, and also ensure all utility companies are informed of a new tenancy.
  • Collect rent each month and deal with any arrears that may occur
  • First point of call for any maintenance issues
  • Carry out quarterly inspections
  • Conduct a final inspection and check out at the end of the tenancy.

LET ONLY: With this service we will help a landlord get started with their new tenants which include the following services:
