Welcome to the Belvoir Colchester November newsletter. We have sent out a number of newsletters now and they have received a lot of praise. We have been asked over the last month for more information on how to let a property successfully, our head office have produced the first of our marketing videos on how to do.
Our Halloween celebrations was a fantastic success and we gave away a large amount of candy to the children who came in to the shop and presented a prestigious award for the best costume. We all joined in the spirit of things and dressed up for the day with the theme based around the Adams Family.
We would like to welcome Dan Silver to the team. He comes to us with industry experience and will be looking after the day to day maintenance issues for our tenants. Don’t worry Natalie is still working with us, she has progressed and undergone training and will now be dealing with our check-in’s, check-out’s and inventories at your properties to ensure they are kept to the highest standard.
