Belvoir Christchurch wins coveted industry award







Tenants of private rented property in Dorset have voted a local lettings agency one of the very best in the UK for customer care.


Belvoir Lettings, based at 22a Bargates in Christchurch has been awarded a Gold award in the National Estate and Letting Agent awards (ESTAS)


The ESTAS are unique in the property industry since winning results are based entirely on independent feedback provided by agency customers.


Belvoir Christchurch attracted almost 100 positive reviews from tenant clients, giving it an overall 95.4 satisfaction rating – the highest in the South West region.


Nationally, over 30,000 people completed an in-depth customer satisfaction questionnaire to nominate their favourite agent. It makes the ESTAS, now in its 13th year, the most influential and authoritative awards scheme of its kind.


Belvoir agency owner, Jeremy Clarke, said; “We do not normally enter awards and this is the first time we have won anything of any description”.


“The win is testament to the long hours and hard work that my colleagues Chris, Vanessa and Hayley have put in since we first opened the business in 2004 and we are all extremely grateful to all the tenants who took the time to provide such positive feedback.”
