Phil Collett

Phil Collett – Director of Sales

Phil is our Director of Sales over the Bury and Oldham Branches. He has a portfolio of Rental Properties over the North West, and handles Property Valuations, relationships with the Developers and clients active in our area, and oversees the Sales side of the business.

Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts – Director of Lettings

Phil is our Director of Sales over the Bury and Oldham Branches. He has a portfolio of Rental Properties over the North West, and handles Property Valuations, relationships with the Developers and clients active in our area, and oversees the Sales side of the business.

Claire Selby

Claire Selby – Office Manager

Claire has been our Operations Manager since early 2015 over our branches in Bury and Oldham. She has a vast experience in running a large team and is responsible for handling our Accounts, as well as the day-to-day running of all the offices.

Daniel Roberts

Daniel Roberts – Lettings Manager

Dan has been with us for over 3 years. His responsibilities include booking and completing viewings for our rental properties, keeping tenants and landlords updated with their applications, and helping people complete their property search from enquiry all the way to move in.

Becky Partington

Becky Partington – Sales Manager

Becky started with us July 2016 and brings with her great experience in the local sales market. Becky completes valuations, marketing campaigns, registers & matches new buyers, and progresses all sales through to completion.

Sue Blackmore

Sue Blackmore – Sales Admin Manager

Sue joined us as part of the merger with Rayson Wilshaw and has worked cumulatively for over 20 Years negotiating and completing all our sales. Working alongside Becky, she liaises with vendors, buyers and solicitors, ensuring the process is as stress free as possible.

Nicol Albert

Nicol Albert – Lettings Admin Manager

Nicol joined the Belvoir team as part of the merger from Rayson Wilshaw, she has over five years’ experience looking after our tenants. Nicol is responsible for continually monitoring the condition of all our properties.

Chloe Brindle

Chloe Brindle – Property Maintenance Manager

Chloe joined Belvoir at the end of 2015 to take up an apprenticeship in business administration, which she completed with flying colours in November 2016. Her role primarily revolves around liaising with clients and contractors to ensure we maintain our portfolio of properties to the highest standard for our tenants and landlords.

Tom Mannifield

Tom Mannifield – Property Marketer

Tom has just completed a Property Masters degree and has been with us since early 2015. He looks after the Sales & Lettings property advertisements for all three branches, handles the marketing campaigns, social media, quarterly property guides and the seasonal competitions.
