Having been with Belvoir since 2013, Daniel has experience as a negotiator, general manager, and is now our Director based at the Bury office. Daniel manages the day-to-day running of the estate agency as well as the accounts for the 2 branches.

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and referencing teams, she develops and maintains excellent relationships to ensure the best possible experience for all our customers.

Our point of contact for tenants throughout their tenancy, Nicol is highly experienced in the industry. She deals with any day-to-day enquiries from tenants or landlords, any issues surrounding rental payments, handles notices or renewals at the end of fixed terms, and conducts routine property inspections to ensure all properties are kept to a high standard.
