Wai Lam – Director
Wai Lam is a director of 'Belvoir' Brighton and Hove and is keen to deliver a personal service and make sure that customer satisfaction is the top of the agenda. Wai has a wealth of knowledge in the property industry, for selling and renting, and has grown up locally, and has sold and rented out his own personal properties in the Brighton and Hove area.
Nathan Crombie – Director
Nathan Crombie is also a director for 'Belvoir' Brighton and Hove along with Wai, and wants to make 'Belvoir' a household name in the Brighton and Hove area. Nathan will ensure Belvoir is known for giving exceptional service and stands out from the competition. Nathan has worked and grown up in the local area, so has fantastic knowledge of the Brighton and Hove area.
Emma Damario – Branch Manager
Emma is the branch manager and the first point of contact for all of our clients. She oversees the day to day operation and will ensure that the highest level of service is delivered to all of our clients, whether you are looking to sell, rent or buy a property. Emma takes great pride in delivering exceptional service and will be on hand to offer support, advice and guidance at every step of your journey. With a vast amount of experience in both sales and rentals, with the support of the team, Emma will ensure that we are able to help achieve your goal.
Jessica Johnston – Sales and Lettings Consultant
Jessica is the point of contact for anyone enquiring about a sales or lettings property. Jessica takes great pride in helping people find their perfect home and will do all she can to support and deal with any questions or queries that may come his way. Through delivering exceptional service and having a passion to help people, Jessica will be on hand to help wherever she can. For advice and guidance on the best places to live, the referencing and application process for sales or rental properties, or general support, she will be on hand to help you at any stage.
Sophie Lowe – Sales and Lettings Consultant
Sophie will be the first point of contact for all sales and lettings inquiries. She will be able to give you advice and guidance throughout the whole process and will be on hand to help you through the application process and showing you around properties which suits your criteria. With an extreme amount of passion to help our clients, Sophie will be will able to assist at any stage and will be more than willing to help.
Beth Alexander – Sales and Lettings Consultant
Beth is one of Belvoir’s sales and lettings consultant and takes great pride in supporting people through the sales and rentals process and feels a real sense of pride helping people find their new 'home'. With a vast amount of experience helping landlords, tenants and vendors, she will be able to answer and questions and resolve any issues that may arise, with confidence, passion and most importantly in a timely manner.
Josh Ottaway – Sales and Lettings Consultant
Josh is a sales and letting consultant that will be able to help with all aspects of the lettings process, from marketing, contracts, deposits, maintenance and all the way through including a checkout and the end of tenancy process. He will work hard to ensure there is clear communication to all parties and that landlords are always updated with how their tenancy is going. Josh will also supports all vendors and buyers during the sales process, and again can be on hand to help at any stage. Josh has a passion to ensure that the sales and lettings experience is one where he can achieve the best outcome and one where you can feel relaxed and re-assured throughout the whole process
Amber Makey – Senior Maintenance Consultant
Amber is on hand to support with any maintenance problem which may occur at any of the properties we manage. For both landlords and tenants, Amber will be the point of contact and will keep all parties updated on progress and timings of any work that may need to take place. With exceptional communication skills and a great sense of pride in delivering the highest level of service, she will make sure all matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Maddy Wayne – Maintenance Consultant
Maddy has a real passion for helping people and ensuring that any matter that is raised, is resolved to the highest level in the most practical time frame. With excellent knowledge and with a great relationship with our trusted contractors, dealing with any situation that arises will not be an issue. Maddy will keep both tenants and landlords up to date and informed with quotes, timings for work, access and invoices. All parties will be put at ease by the way Maddy communicates and looks after the properties.
Peter Morton – Accounts Manager
Peter has been working in the sales and lettings industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and customer support with him. Peter looks after the accounts and will manage all rental payments and expenses on all of our properties. Managing the payments for the properties is a vital part of the making your investment profitable, and Peter works diligently to ensure nothing is overlooked.
