Belvoir Birmingham Central Win Silver

We’re extremely excited to announce that we recently took the Silver award in the National Estate and Letting Agent awards (ESTAS). This means that our lettings agency is considered as being one of the best in the UK when it comes to caring about our customers; something we are very proud of.

The ESTAS are the biggest and longest running property awards within the UK. They are also incredibly unique; they happen to be the only awards in which the winners are selected purely on their customer service.

Thousands of customers are invited to provide feedback on the service they provided, and it’s this feedback that determines who is shortlisted. It was reported that this year over 30,000 people filled in the customer satisfaction questionnaire. This was an unbelievable turnout; cementing the ESTAS as being the most influential awards in the industry.

Belvoir Would Like to Thank You

We were very pleased with all of our brilliant feedback. We had a wide range of positive reviews from our landlord clients; giving us an overall satisfaction rating of 97 per cent. This was the highest in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire regions – what an honour!

Agency owner Major Mahil had nothing but good things to say about his team. Describing them as being “dedicated,” he said that they had built up a “great reputation in the local property market” and that this was due to their focus on customer service. He went on to compliment his team for being “pro-active, open and honest.”

A Few Words From Other People

The award was presented by Phil Spencer, who is well known in the property industry, especially for his work on Location Location Location. It was lovely to hear him speak about our agency in such a positive way. He described the stress that often comes with finding a new home and complimented Belvoir for making the “journey as smooth as possible.” He praised the way that we help to guide clients through the complex process of moving house.

Phil Spencer finished off his speech by reaffirming the success of the awards, admiring the way they allow the “best in the industry” to be recognised.

Phil wasn’t the only person who had such lovely things to say about Belvoir. Our MD added that he was “incredibly proud of the achievements” and that “there is no greater accolade than to be acknowledged by customers.” He went on to offer his congratulations on the “success” of Belvoir Birmingham Central.
