Belfast property values are rising at a faster rate than the rest of Northern Ireland.
In the last 12 months, while most areas of NI are showing staedy growth at around 4%, Belfast values are surging ahead at around 9%.
Last nights BBC NI report also highlighted how property values here are increasing but momentum stalled a little in the first quarter of this year.
Some new developments are seliing out “off-plan” which is characteristic of pre-crash activity.
Our own experience this year is that all residential properties, including semi-detached and apartments are achieving the asking prices or above.
We’re finding that demand is rising and properties are selling quickly.
Take a look at Yasmin’s short video – click here…where she takes you on a mini-tour of some Belfast properties she sold recently. The results were pretty interesting.
