As you all are aware following the recent budget there are changes afoot in relation to tax allowances for landlords.
We have also been approached by some landlords who are concerned about this and believe that it may be appropriate to sign the petition requesting that the Government reverse their plans, which potentially not only will have a direct effect on landlords but could also have an indirect effect on tenants and the housing market
