My favourite 'Bedford Buy to let Deal of the day' : Village property

A landlord who has invested in rental properties throughout Bedford asked me about the property market in her home village of Ravensden.

What we found out about the village was quite interesting. The average value of a property in Ravensden is £397,618 , which is considerably higher than its neighbouring village of Renhold , a massive £60,905. The most expensive street in Ravensden is Church Hill , where the average property is worth £687,858..

The most expensive property was a lovely detached on Cleat Hill which sold for £2,300,000 in 2007. The average rent in the village over the last 3 years has been £1108 per month. Only 3 people have sold their property in the last 12 months, according to the Land Registry.
